Ms. D'Mya Harris- 3rd-4th Grade Diverse Learner Teacher
My name is D'Mya Harris and I am the 3rd and 4th diverse learner teachers here at Shoesmith. I am from Detroit, MI and I graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A in elementary education and learning disabilities. I am excited to continue teaching here at Shoesmith Elementary for the third year. In our classroom we will continue to develop a growth mindset, knowing that with effort we can accomplish our goal. As a team we will learn and grow beyond measure and I look forward to continuing our journey together!

-Students can log into their Moby Max accounts to practice math fluency, mathematical concept practice, phonics, reading skills, reading stories, language, and vocabulary.
During the summer and the beginning of fall, the effects of COVID-19 may interfere with our normal plans. We will still enjoy our summer and I am excited to work with you, no matter what it looks like, in the fall. Please be sure to continue independent reading, multiplication fluency practice, in addition to completing summer assignments found below.
