Ms. D'Mya Harris- 3rd-4th Grade Diverse Learner Teacher
My name is D'Mya Harris and I am the 3rd and 4th diverse learner teachers here at Shoesmith. I am from Detroit, MI and I graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A in elementary education and learning disabilities. Then I went on to get my Master's in Special Education and Acquiring English at Roosevelt University. I am excited to continue teaching here at Shoesmith Elementary for the seventh year. In our classroom we will continue to develop a growth mindset, knowing that with effort we can accomplish our goal. As a team we will learn and grow beyond measure and I look forward to continuing our journey together!

Important Reminders:
- Students should be reading each day
- Students should be practicing multiplication facts each day

-Students can log into their Moby Max accounts to practice math fluency, mathematical concept practice, phonics, reading skills, reading stories, language, and vocabulary.

Be well,
Ms. Harris
